Patricia has been providing client centered and results focused real estate services throughout Northern Colorado since 2001. Her three priorities are to take care of her clients better than anyone else; perform with the utmost integrity in all she says and does; and continuously innovate and deliver increasing value to her clients. Patricia's wide range of real estate experience including Management, Business Development and Relocation services gives her the experience to represent her client needs across the entire real estate spectrum. A graduate of the State University of New York Fashion Institute, she holds the real estate designations of Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Professional (CSP), Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert. Patricia is a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, The Greeley Area Association of Realtors (Board of Directors), the State and National boards of Realtors and a member of the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association.

Married to her husband Bill for 38 years - they have two grown children. Daughter Kathy lives in Lafayette, Colorado and son Tom lives in Austin, Texas. As a family they are involved in music throughout Northern Colorado - Bill as a performer and Patricia as a fundraiser and Board member of the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra. Patricia is a quilter and serves on the Board of the League of Northern Colorado Quilters. Also a gardener, she is a Colorado Master Gardener affliliated with Colorado State University and the Larimer County Extension Service.
